2 bananas
6 sprigs of flat parsley
2 rainbow chard leaves w/ stalk
2 kale leaves w/ stalk
1 handful of spinach
1 orange
12oz of water
1.5 cup of ice
2 celery stalks
2 tbsps of flax seed meal
1 head of romaine heart

11:30 -1 cup of pasta

18:00 -PB&J

10 - 20 raw almonds thru out the day
