1 handful of spinach

12oz of water
1 cup of ice
1 celery stalk
2 tbsps of flax seed meal
1 head of romaine heart
12:00 - hummus & veggie wrap, baked BB-Q chips from Ellwood Thompson
12:30 - B&N - Short Pump - 12oz coffee & chocolate chuck cookie (um um good)
20:30 - PB& J
21:30 - 10 raw almonds
