6 celery stalks
2 tbsps of flax seed meal
1 head of romaine heart 
1 bosc pear
08:30 - 2 sausage biscuits & 2 chocolate chip cookies from Hardees
12:00 - 1 pear
18:00 - 2 cup sof spaghetti w/ crushed tomato from can
18:30 - 1 piece of pizza w/ sausage

1.5 cup of ice
2 celery stalks

3oz of blueberries
1 cup of frozen pineapple

18:30 -  2 cups of spagetti w/ crushed tomatoes from can
19:30 - 12oz orange soda
