started w/ 16oz of green smoothie from yesterday.
3 bartlett pears
5 sprigs of cilantro
2 rainbow chard
1 cup of ice
1 cup of water
5 leaves of romaine heart
16:00-PB&J
a few akonds
20:30-1 pt left
freshened up the remaining 1 pt by adding:
3 stalks & leaving of kale
2 bananas
1 cup of ice
strong but satisfying....
