08:00 - 2 qts
3 cups of water
1 cup of ice
3 rainbow chard stalks w/leaves
1 handful of spinach
10 leaves of romaine hearts lettuce
a couple tsp of cinnamon
5 sprigs of parsley
1 cup of frozen pineapple
1 tbsp of flax seed meal
Only drank 1qt today....
Cravings are almost non-existent and NO headaches from not "eating" a lot of food.
